With
this background, I add senior-level marketing know-how and design expertise
into every copywriting project, resulting in a better return on your
investment. In
1996, I helped launch TOKYOPOP, now a leading provider of character-based
entertainment (animation, video game soundtracks, comics, and more). At
TOKYOPOP, I conceived and wrote all forms of marketing materials, including
print and online advertising, newsletters, website content, posters, catalogs,
brochures, promotional videos, and more. I also produced and edited TOKYOPOP's
monthly magazine (circulation 80,000) and related website, and oversaw
all consumer marketing for the company's line of DVDs, CDs, and publications.
I
have also served as Editor-in-Chief of InterDiMe, a CD-ROM-based publication
covering the worldwide multimedia industry. Prior to that, I spent several
years editing and writing copy for two educational magazines focusing
on English as a Second Language (ESL). I
have written for a wide range of organizations, including Investor's
Business Daily, Fujitsu
TEN, Wagner
Creative, WorldWinner.com,
TOKYOPOP Inc.,
GIC Inc., XOX Jewelry,
Mitsui Venture Capital,
Advantage Training
Systems, The
Right Stuf International, World Assistance Service, California
K9 Academy, Pacific Marketing Association, Intelligent
Actuator, Japan Expo, Benesse Corporation, UGO.com,
Aeon Corporation, Career
Associates, and others. ©2001
